
Conditioning
This class runs 30 minutes and consist of stretching, core training, strength conditioning, and some cardio. It will mostly consist of body weight exercises, band exercises, some free weights, and some plyometric movements. This class is designed to support a martial arts student training, but will also support every day movement for non-martial artists as well. Participation in this class can be done in your dobok (training uniform) or fitness clothes. We are encouraging students that plan to train in the conditioning class before or after your tae kwon do class to do so in uniform. We will not wait to begin the conditioning class or the following tae kwon do class while you change in or out of your uniform.

Blue Wave Family Yoga
Healthy families, and family time are important to us at Blue Wave! Our Sunday morning 9am class is a family friendly yoga class!
We invite families ages 3 and up to enjoy yoga together! You may also attend class as an individual if you are in high-school or older!
Family memberships are available, we also allow families to share punch cards!
No prior yoga or Pilates experience is necessary. All are welcome!

Dance 2 Fit With Ebonie
Dance2Fit is a high-energy, full-body workout program blending energetic dance moves set to popular music (hip-hop, pop, country) with fitness exercises, creating a fun, calorie-burning cardio session suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on enjoyment, community, and achieving health goals without needing prior dance experience. It's a positive, no-judgment zone designed for weight loss, toning, and a healthier lifestyle through accessible routines and infectious vibes, with options for in-person or online participation.

Strength Training With Hannah
This class uses weights, bands, machines, or even your own body weight (like push-ups) to maintain or build strength. Strength training is vital for boosting metabolism, increasing bone density, improving balance, and making daily activities easier, benefiting participants of all ages by making bones stronger and reducing injury risk.
