Early Morning Boot Camp
Get your workout done first thing! This fast pace 5:15AM forty five minute boot camp class has all of your bases covered. Each class has a core, cardio, balance, and a strength training component. Each class is tailored to the individuals who arrive for class!
Punch and kick your way to fitness! This class is a fun way to kick away a little stress, and get your workout in! Our kickboxing classes are led by instructors practiced in the martial arts! You will learn basic kickboxing skills in this class while getting sweaty! You can also expect core work along with a strength training component. We also visit some self defense ideas in this class as well! Visit our schedule to learn when this class is offered!
Banded yoga practice combines creative yoga poses and transitions with resistance bands, cardio spikes to get heart rate up and stretching for a full body workout.
Class is 45 minutes long and is designed to flow to upbeat music. This class will help you build strength and mobility while you increase your range of motion in yoga.

Strength & Conditioning
Blue Wave strength conditioning classes will help you build endurance and develop coordination and balance. Expect to use a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other equipment to get stronger and leaner.
Our instructors also ensure that you are using proper form. Class sizes are appropriate so that instructors can coach each member in class!

Blue Wave Family Yoga
Healthy families, and family time are important to us at Blue Wave! Our Sunday morning 9am class is a family friendly yoga class!
We invite families ages 3 and up to enjoy yoga together! You may also attend class as an individual if you are in high-school or older!
Family memberships are available, we also allow families to share punch cards!
No prior yoga or Pilates experience is necessary. All are welcome!
Blue Wave offers competitive personal training rates with educated up to date trainers who will focus on your goals! Personal training is a great avenue to take your athletic performance to a new level, begin your fitness journey, or work with an individual who can push you one on one!
